Product Introduction

The main body of the feeder platform is welded with square tube, which is tempered to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.The platform is channel steel and universal table surface, the plate runs smoothly, the resistance is small, the protection plate is not scratched, the effective stroke can be customized according to customer requirements.

Feeding platform: linear square rail positioning, ball screw drive, to ensure the operation accuracy and stability of equipment.

Control system: PLC or ipc system can be adopted, automatic conversion of CAD graphics processing program can be realized, with mold library management, automatic plate repositioning can be realized,it  can achieve one-button operation, breakpoint processing, piece display processing track, equipment empty operation and other functions, simple operation, easy to learn and understand.

The servo motor is selected for the driving unit to ensure better operation stability.

3 sets of pneumatic clamping pliers are used to avoid plate injury.

The cutting blind area is determined by the width of the table at the foot of the plate shearing machine, and the clamp can run to 15MM of the table to minimize the cutting blind area.
